Installation with Contao

In the page layout in the “JavaScript” section into the field for custom JavaScript code.

Requirement: An account that may edit themes and page layouts.

Step by step

1. In the Contao backend open the theme manager under “Layout”.
2. On your theme click the button to manage the page layouts and open the page layout your website uses.
3. Paste the whole line of code in the “JavaScript” section into the field for custom JavaScript code. According to the Contao manual, this code is output at the end of the page.
4. Save. If your website uses several page layouts, repeat this in each.
5. Open your website in a new window. The assistant appears at the bottom edge.

Good to know

• If the assistant does not appear, use the field for additional <head> tags in the expert settings of the same page layout instead.
