Installation with Shopware
The line of code below is a sample. Your own line with your ID is in your account.
Shopware 6 has no field of its own for this: via the Tag Manager, an extension or your theme.
Requirement: Access to the shop’s administration; for the way via the theme, a developer.
Not possible here: Out of the box, the Shopware 6 administration has no field for custom code on all pages. Without Tag Manager, extension or developer it is therefore not possible.
Step by step
- If Google Tag Manager is installed in your shop, use the “Google Tag Manager” guide. That is the shortest way.
- Otherwise: the Shopware Store has extensions that let you add custom HTML or JavaScript code in the shop. We have not checked them.
- Or your developer extends the template: they derive the base template of the storefront in your theme and put the line of code at the end of the page. Use the button “Create an email to my web designer” for this.
- After a change to the theme, the theme is recompiled and the cache cleared.
- Open your shop in a new window. The assistant appears at the bottom edge.
Your line of code
<script src="https://app.nexjuai.com/widget.js" data-kennung="IHRE-KENNUNG" defer></script>Good to know
- The assistant only runs on the domain you set it up for.
